I would give Ryan's Roofing 5 stars x 10. They did an outstanding job helping me with the roof damage when my neighbor's tree fell on my roof. I have 3 large holes and damage to the roof's truss. This happened on Friday afternoon after 5:00 p.m. Ryan coordinated with the tree removal company so they could tarp the holes until they can permanently repair my roof. The tree company was here early on Monday morning and Ryan was ready. Just as Ryan finished, the rain started. Ryan was professional and friendly.

I had them work for my home and they were easy, efficient, and priced great. They worked hard and cleaned up great. Would recommend for anyone that wants a good product at a good price.

We had Ryan's do a couple spot roof repairs that they handled quickly and efficiently. Then, the January winds tore half of our roof off. We got several estimates, and decided to continue with Ryan's because of great pricing, great service and a strong willingness to go the extra bit a homeowner needs sometimes. Noticed that a roof ridge came off and water/snow was coming in. Called them as I was referred by a friend and they responded quickly, came out the same day, and finished the work fast because rain was on the way. The crew completed, even removing the problem part anbd installed a better version, and cleaned up completely before they left. The new ridge looks great and the price was fair.

Our entire experience with Ryan's Roofing was fantastic. They originally came out to look at a leak in our roof (very old roof) and gave us quotes for both a new roof and the repair. We ultimately went with the new roof and Dave worked very closely with us to get us scheduled quickly and exactly what we wanted. They arrived at 7 am with a large crew and were done by 1pm. They were incredibly professional and would highly recommend them to anyone!

From the moment I contacted Ryan's roofing, I was treated professionally and received timely responses. Patrick came to the house, inspected the roof and provided possible solutions to my leaking issue. There was no pushy salesmanship and he outlined the pros and cons of each option. When I decided to replace the entire roof, Ryan had it scheduled within 7 days. His roofing crew of 7 individuals showed up at 5:45 AM and worked throughout the day until after 7 PM. The 3000 sq ft roof was replaced by the end of the day. Amazing. Ryan was here several times to check on everything and make sure I was pleased. All of the shrubs etc. were protected by tenting while they removed the old shingles. No problems at all and I was shocked at how clean the property was when they finished. I would recommend Ryan's roofing without hesitation.

Pleasant and professional experience from the initial phone call through the end result. Patrick came out for the initial consult and answered all my questions, and set the ball rolling for the install. The installation crew had the new roof on in about 4 hours, cleaned up and swept the grounds for stray nails. The new roof looks great and the peace of mind is a great relief.

I contacted Ryan on Monday morning & he responded later that evening & we scheduled a time for him to come look at the issue on Tuesday. I had an estimate the next morning, Wednesday and I asked if he would put me on the schedule. Later that afternoon Ryan messaged me and told me they would be there shortly to install the gutter and fix other repairs. Definitely would recommend & gave 5 stars.

Had Ryan come put to give me a quote for a rubber roof that we have been patching all year at our restaurant. We agreed to the terms which were very resonable. Called me a couple of days before install to let me know when they'd be out. It happened to be when I was on vacation was a little nervous. I was watching on the cameras during the day and Ryan was sending me pictures throughout the day. They kept the area clean as it was in a area near one of our entrances for customers. Although we found out there were many layers of roofing they took it all off and did a fabulous job installing the new roof. Thank you for a job well done

We got recommendations from several folks in our area, including realtors, and took note that Ryan's was a common name. After dealing with them, it's easy to tell why. Thomas was accomodating as a sales rep with a quick estimate and samples, and Ryan himself stopped by a couple times on the day of the actual install. Here is an owner who walked the property with me, quick to point out minor infelicities or spots that needed to be tidied. There also were no suprise charges at the last minute. I consider myself a bit cheap and a bit picky, and Ryan's Roof met my high expectations.

Ryan's Roofing was a pleasure to work with. We had sustained some wind damage to a section of our roof, and Tom (one of the employees) happened to be working on another home in our development. He noticed the damage to our roof, and encouraged us to file a property claim with our homeowner's insurance, as he felt the damage was significant enough to warrant at least a front roof replacement, possibly full. They worked with us and our insurance to get our entire front roof replaced at minimal cost to us. They were always available or got back to us quickly with any questions we had, and even made it a point to put a temporary repair on our roof the next day after we contacted them. One of our gutters sustained some accidental damage while they were re-roofing the front, and Ryan's replaced the whole gutter, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them.

We had Ryan's roofing replace our 33 year old roof at the end of June 2020. We wanted to go with a top of the line underlayment and a different brand of shingles than he normally works with and he was totally OK with it. We were happy with the price on the upgraded materials and the crew did a great job on removal and installation. They started at 6am sharp and the team had the old roof off within !2 hours! and didn't leave a trace of underlayment or nails on the roof. They even used a leaf blower to clear all the small particles off the roof before laying the new underlayment down, along with the ice guard at the edges. They cut the peak of the roofline for the new ridge vent and sealed up around our skylight in our sunroom. They finished up around 7pm after re-roofing the main house, large 2 car garage, sunroom and pool house. We're happy with the new look and appreciated the hard work of the crew in 92 degree heat on a hot sunny day. Great job guys!
